Enchanting Smiles Family Dentistry

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Laura this morning. It was the most complete dental exam I have ever received. The team here worked well together and made me feel completely at ease and informed moving forward with my dental needs. Going to the dentist is far from something I enjoy, but I am looking forward to placing my care in their hands moving forward. A truly great experience in every way.

OK, so how many of you can claim that going to your dentist is FUN? Yeah, me either until I found Enchanting Smiles. Dr. Collatz and her crew are happy, sassy folk who clearly enjoy their chosen profession, and are completely dedicated to facilitating your smile in all the ways possible! They are compassionate and patient (and believe me when I say I test their patience at times, but they have not thrown me out - yet!). Carolyn is a talented and thorough hygienist and has taught me things about my mouth and maintaining all its components that I never knew. Dr. Collatz is empathetic and takes great care and pride to ensure your comfort. And bonus! - if you're lucky you might just get to wear a super hero mask while you're there. Well, they are all superheroes in my book. Great team, I feel

We got a lot of good information today. Caroline explained how we should use an electric toothbrush. It's not intuitive. Also Dr. Laura was able to give us a written referral for a good oral surgeon. In addition to good service and information. The entire office personal are so warm and friendly - Dr. Laura, Caroline and both Lisa's. Also, Dr. Laura has the office decorated so nicely with great art work. It's a very pleasant place to get your teeth worked on.

Every checkup & cleaning visit to Enchanting Smiles leaves me feeling lighter and happier than when I came in. Dr. Laura and her staff are so energetic, professional, and friendly, and the whimsical decor is like nothing you have ever seen in a dental office! My family is so fortunate to have them in our town.

I happily drive an hour to see Dr. Laura because she is absolutely worth it. She takes a thoughtful, conservative approach to dental care — no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and excellent work. After going somewhere else (a chain) that told me I “needed everything,” it was such a relief to find someone who truly looks out for her patients’ best interests. Dr. Laura is positive, friendly, and has a whimsical spark that makes every visit surprisingly enjoyable. I always leave feeling cared for, smiling, and glad I made the trip.
