Chatham Family & Implant Dentistry

We had our first visit yesterday. Everyone we met from front office staff to our hygienist and dentist was kind and genuinely seem to enjoy working here. My 4 year son was a little nervous about his appointment and Bri was so patient and sweet with him. She took her time to explain everything to him so that he felt comfortable. And choosing a surprise toy after the appointment was a big win for him. :) Our dentist was knowledgeable and down to earth as well. I highly recommend this practice!

They made the entire process seamless and welcoming. The hygienists were warm and professional, immediately putting our family at ease. We saw Dr. Kizer, and he was equally impressive—knowledgeable, approachable, and thorough in explaining everything. It’s clear that patient comfort and quality care are top priorities in this practice. Front desk staff is very welcoming. I got taken back to the treatment area quickly and attentively. Brittany (sp?) is really encouraging and reassuring and fun to talk to. Dr. Kaiser gives a quick, effective consultation serious about dental health while keeping upbeat and personable. Great experience overall.

This was my first visit to this office and it did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by lovely ladies at the desk and a beautiful tree in the lobby! Brittany was my hygienist and she was personable, professional and persistent at ensuring my teeth were perfect before I left. She had her work cut out for her as I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years. I only paid $62 out of pocket with insurance and I was very happy with the results! I will be back! My dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond today. I appreciated her helping me adjust/reschedule my daughter’s next appointment around her very busy college schedule. Also the receptionist who was at the front desk when I arrived had the biggest warmest smile, what a fabulous welcome to the office! Thanks for a great visit.
