Very kind and understanding of this little dog found abandoned. They didn’t over do giving shots. Just what she needed to get her started on a healthy life. Did test to be sure she was clear of parasites. They helped her begin a happy healthy life.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment until the examination was complete, everyone at Hope Crossing Animal Hospital displayed exceptional kindness, professionalism, and understanding of our needs. My eight-month-old Australian Shepherd is naturally reserved and vocal around new individuals. The entire staff demonstrated a clear understanding of my pet's requirements for a successful visit. Each person who interacted with him allowed him to approach and become comfortable with them before attempting to pet him. This was our first time at Hope Crossing - based on reviews we chose the right place! From first interaction to the last - they were friendly, efficient and always catering to your pup. They usher you right into a room - less anxiety and stress for my Healer vs the waiting room with multiple animals. We travel a lot and our last Vet appt was in Reno, NV - we brought Zippy in for her updated vaccines and a few other goodies. Dr. Webster has welcomed our puppies & kitty for their 1st appointment & later has helped us, help some of them, across the rainbow bridge at the end of their lives. He is not only a loving & kind veterinarian he is also someone we consider a dear friend. His staff is amazing & just as loving & kind. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Bowen at Hope Crossing Animal Hospital is truly the best. He is always so helpful and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciate. He genuinely cares about our animals and always works with us to find options that both save us money and ensure our pets are getting excellent care. On top of that, he’s a big UNC fan, which is always a bonus! We trust him completely and are so grateful to have him as our veterinarian. We love Dr. Bowen and highly recommend him.
