I would've paid a bill, had I received one! To receive a notification of an account in collection YEARS after a service is ridiculous! If I could sue for punitive damages, I would because it seems this happens so much based upon other reviews! Do better!!

Absolutely pathetic! Second time I have been sent a bill and I had a zero balance. The amount of time it takes to get someone on the phone is unreal. And all of the information being given out is totally unnecessary. Strange, got the bill in the mail. Took 20 minutes to get through. Woman told me to contact Medicare. Contacted Medicare. They told me the claim was approved, even though the "professional" bill from Pitts showed "Amount Due in red and circled. Called again and lo and behold, my account balance is zero. Called again and they claim that "someone" did not put my middle initial on the claim or in their files. Looked at the bill and Pitts bill DID NOT have middle initial on top of bill, BUT, had it in a block at the bottom of the bill. Go figure! Seems like someone nee

IF YOU ARE BILLED VERIFY WITH YOUR INSURANCE. They will send you a web link to pay your bill via text message and the home screen will prompt you to pay. At the same time they will have your Insurance on file, and in my case send the smaller bills for processing to your insurance. The bigger bills they will neglect to do this and try to trick you into paying them directly. You can negate this by verifying your insurance on the web page. These people are scammers and need to be reported every time they do this.

Just like the other reviews. They should really look at hiring a different billing agency. My total bill was thousands of dollars. Insurance paid most and I paid the rest. A separate bill came for $27.08 months afterward from a collection agency. I'm not arguing that I probably owed the $27.08 and would have gladly paid it if I had actually received a bill. Thought it was a scam from Receivable Solutions, who evidently doesn't enjoy a stellar reputation either. I will never use Pitts Radiology again.

Worst customer service ever. My husband had cancer and had thousands of dollars of medical services during his treatment. The only organization to send bills and threatening letters was PItts Radiology. After fighting with them for months, I finally paid the bill which was fully covered by his insurance. After his death, I received a letter from a collection agency over the bill that I paid. I told them to take it up with the probate court and several weeks later received a refund check. Now they are billing me for a service for which they never submitted to my insurance carrier. After questioning whether they submitted it, they said that they had now "updated" my insurance information. My insurance had NOT changed. Worst of all, you are never aware of who is providing the radio
