Removing some details but suffice it to say the front desk staff and practice administration are rude, dismissive, and empowered by the physicians in the group to retaliate against families who advocate for their kids and expect accountability and reasonable solutions when they make mistakes. We would advise other families to steer clear. There aren’t many options out here but your family deserves better. They have now impeded care for two children in our family. Redwood Pediatrics has a far superior patient experience and their staff is very professional.

We recently moved to town and contacted this pediatric office to establish care for our son. Without ever meeting our child or discussing his medical needs, we were told they would not accept him solely because of the pediatric office he previously came from. For a practice serving children and families in a community, this is deeply concerning. New families rely on pediatric offices to be welcoming, transparent, and supportive. Turning a child away based on prior care, with no meaningful explanation or effort to help, sends a troubling message to families trying to put down roots in this area. Absolutely wonderful pediatricians office. The staff is amazing and Dr Winters is the best. We always feel heard when we come in and that our concerns are well listened to and addressed. We have never had a scheduling issue like some of the reviews mention. Whenever we needed an appointment they got us in right away and after every appointment we had, they immediately book us for the next one right at the checkout counter. Angela and Carla are amazing, our baby had to have to extra testing done over the last few months and they have made the process so stress free when it has been such a stressful time as new parents. They refuse to take any patients no matter the age if they don't take every single vaccine offered! Discrimination at its finest!

Excellent care, we literally had our first appointment and that night had a minor emergency, they talked to us after hours and came up with a game plan to determine if we should go to the er (which we did). The following day we were seen right away to make sure there were no concerns. So happy with our decision to choose Pioneer.
