I have been a patient at NEDLC for over ten years now and have always had a great experience. I go to both the Longmeadow and Springfield offices and found the administrative personnel to be very accomodating at both locations. I especially like my provider, Dr. Glenn Genest, whom I've had all along. He is friendly, professional, efficient, very informative and always on time. Highly recommended for excellent care! I have been going to this practice for years, but this was my first time at their Longmeadow offices. They are very modern, clean, and bright. My visit was a pleasant experience, the staff was efficient, professional, yet friendly. Dr. Genest is absolutely the best physician and I feel fortunate to have him as one of my caregivers. He listens to you, he is genuinely concerned and caring, and is always looking for better ways to help with issues. Overall, an excellent practice.

Dr. Genest was great - very thorough and accommodating. He was very friendly and welcoming (as was his assistant who checked me in). I never felt rushed - he was very willing to spend tome with me and answer any questions I had. Excellent overall experience!

Great experience as usual. Dr. Rachel Ivker is extremely thorough. Purpose of the visit was for my regular scan. She takes the time to evaluate And biopsy if necessary. She’s been my doctor for years. I’m very fortunate have a qualified Physician in my corner.

My sister gave me a facial for a gift. She had to twist my arm to agree to it. I am so happy that I accepted. What great experience. Such a nice gift. Kerry was my aesthetician, so professional and gifted. Such an uplifting feeling you get. I highly recommend it. Great gift for the holidays.
