I can not say enough good things about the East Longmeadow location staff. The front end staff Colleen, Allena, and Deb are amazing! I am always greeted with a warm hello, and smile, and genuinely feel welcomed. They are very professional, and curteous, and always go over details thoroughly with me whenever booking any appointments or procedures. The portal is also very convenient, and they address any messages I send promptly. I have been seeing Dr Woods, and am very pleased. He is very easy to talk to. He addresses all my concerns and questions I have during my appointments, and never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Woods and his staff are top notch! They have taken great care of my fiancee, Arlin Gonzalez. The professionalism and kindness she receives from being greeted to the in room care makes her feel welcomed, cared for, and most importantly comfortable. The care itself has made Arlin's daily life more manageable with a lot less pain and ability to work. Their East Longmeadow office is clean and professional and their West Springfield office is state of the art! A++ care, HIGHLY recommend!

Colleen, Elena and Deb are a great “front desk” team, and any one of them are willing to help in any way they can to make your experience with the practice the best it can be! Dr. Bowers is my physician…I have known him for a long time, and he always addresses my concerns and injuries with the best treatment plan he can provide. Dr. Woods has helped me manage my daily severe back and leg pain, through his evaluations, tests, shots and physical therapy for the past couple of years. My Physical Therapist, William Osgood is the best. He tailored my therapy to fit my pain issues. I am so much better now than before they started treating me. The woman at the front desk, Deb, Colleen and Elena are wonderful and handle my appointments and medical insurance needs. I strongly recommend PSSP for your rehab and physical therapy needs.
