Pioneer Family Medicine

My family and I have all been significantly helped by Dr. Kobes and her staff. We've got five kids and for Pioneer to truly treat our whole family is really impressive. This is by far the best and most comprehensive medical service I've ever received anywhere. They are fantastic.

Doctors are good! But definitely should consider looking into hiring new office. Forgot the Persons name that starts with an M, but she is horrible. If you don’t like the job go somewhere else, you’re in customer service. Pioneer Family Medicine has some good doctors but if you also like being treated with respect, look elsewhere as the front desk is very rude( specifically lady name starts with M)

Always had good experiences here between the doctors and the office staff. I’ve been able to get in without too much delay. I drive from Liberty Lake and am grateful for their care.

Extremely rude front office!!! No one answers the phone, for a solid week at a time. No one calls you back if you leave messages. No matter which voicemail you leave it on. Referrals do not get put in, if you call to check on them you get told you have to make another appointment. I have only been at this office for about 2 years. And it has been a nightmare to get anything done through the front office. When confronted the receptionist snickers is sarcastic, rolls her eyes, and blames everything on you and the doctor. I cannot believe she still has a job based on how many times she's in these reviews. The doctors are great, the pa's are great, if you can actually get in to see them. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and the front desk lady had the audacity to say I was 15 minutes late and they had to reschedule my appointment. She said I should’ve arrived 15 minutes early. There was no such warning on any of their emails or texts that if I was 10 minutes late my appointment would be cancelled.
