Deer Park Urgent Care

Just drive to Spokane. This place is not worth it. We got charged a $50 copay for a 2 minute visit. The doctor came in and she asked about 10 times who sent us to their clinic. After telling her it was our primary care provider who is in a different state, she then looks at the issue we came in for and says “I’m not this kind of doctor” and then proceeds to tell me she absolutely would never use the medicine our child was prescribed, for her children. That she only used “natural stuff for her kids and did cloth diapers too” So in summary, over our 2 minute visit, the doctor gave us zero help at all and only shamed us for a cream our child was prescribed. We went in today Jan 10, 2026. We were greeted by a very hard working, friendly receptionist. They were Very busy, and it did look like they needed more staff to help out… they were working hard, but a bit overwhelmed. We were helped by very professional staff. Dana Oswald, ARNP took care of my husband who had a sinus infection and was wonderful! I’d go again if I needed an urgent care. Clean snd professional. Diane Montanez Capehart

This place is the worst. If you can go ANYWHERE else, go there. The rooms are gross, the doctors are rude and some incompetent, they change hours willy-nilly, and don’t even think about coming after 7:30. Because they’ll straight turn you away. The wait times are abysmal. I’m here right now and there’s one other patient, and I’ve been here 2 hours. The only decent person here is the nurse, Ron. Outside that, this is the worst convenience care I’ve ever been to, bar none. The only reason they can get away with this is they’re the literal only option for acute care within 45 minutes. My experiences here are consistently bad. But if you need a prescription and this is your only option, I guess they can sometimes do that. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously DAMN!!!!!! And that was after waiting on hold 15 mins and the person who finally answered admitted there was NO ONE THERE (wed 9/24 10:45am) but that they were in the back snd simply didn’t want to come up front to answer until I called over and over. Not only that, they do not offer BASIC urgent care such as helping with breaks, fractures, or even a simple IV drip. They tell everyone to go to the hospital in Spokane. SO WHAT DO THEY ACTUALLY DO HERE?!? In my experience, it’s just take money and waste time. BTW… the 40s something woman working this morning needs FIRED! Urgent Care?? Whatever, tried walking in and was told they couldn't see me because they were booked up! 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 hours before they closed! Couldn't even take time to check for a UTI! Takes literally 5 minutes!
