Pinnacle Imaging Center

Been here a couple of times.. I will never return. The first few times they were good for the prices. But recently I have had nothing but problems. Problems with getting an appointment, problems with my appointment disappearing and being changed for a completely different day without my knowledge, problems with front desk staff and their attitude. They don’t want to work they just want to sit and collect money. I asked them if they could call me when my CD was ready and the lady was so hesitant it was clear she didn’t want to. And then proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the CD. All the times I’ve been there I’ve never paid. They also take DAYS to send a report back to the doctors. Even my doctor told me to find another facility. The rooms have gotten dirtier, I see they don’t clean the

I was referred to this place. I was scared to go because of the negative reviews. But to my surprise it was a pleasant experience. The Check in wait time wasnt that long. They have refreshment there for your convenient while you wait which i thought was very thoughtful of them.There is adequate parking space. And the staff are courteous. The lady who did my exam was very friendly and generous. Overall i had a very pleasant experience.

My partner went to this place to get some exams done and 2 weeks later she is being rescheduled TWICE at the doctor’s office because the results are not in,meaning Pinnacle did not send the results to Dr. Veloso’s office. Not only that, when the doctor’s assistant calls this facility the day of the “second appointment” (still missing some of the results) the person who answered then phone doesn’t even work on the dpt that deals with this matter and states that basically she can not see all the paperwork on her system (not her dpt of course) and that there’s nothing she can do because the personal that works on the other dpt is already gone. Apparently they close at 5 and the person was gone by 4:45 pm. This is so unprofessional, we are talking about people wasting other people’s time. My a

This place is awful, go somewhere else. I had an ultrasound scheduled Today at 9 am and blocked off my day at work for it and when I get to Pinnacle imaging center it was closed down “due to Covid” but they didn’t even give me a call or reschedule my appointment. Not only is it poorly managed but I need this ultrasound, it’s not something that I can just continue to wait weeks to get. I am sitting here in the parking lot thinking are these people serious? Also they were 4 more people waiting in their cars everyone looking as confused as I was. So unprofessional.

Excellent office!!! called monday morning for an appointment I got one for the same day ... the staff is nice and polite.... the office is very nice and well priced ... and best of all my wait time was what it should be. Highly recommend!!!!!!
