Great first visit. Dr Eric Nelson did an excellent job diagnosing and fitting of my first pair of hearing aids. Actually about 8 years ago I got tested but I wasn’t thrilled with what was available at that time so I retuned them within a few days. This time I can tell I’ll be happy with them.

I returned to Dr. Nelson for an adjustment for hearing aids. We swapped the cones for a larger size and he also readjusted the settings to a bit higher. He is very amiable and would make anyone feel at ease. The experience of seeing him is always quite enjoyable. He makes one feel right at home and doesn’t gush you out the door. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I met Dr. Eric Nelson socially, and during our conversation he mentioned that he was an audiologist. I was intrigued and asked him a few questions, which eventually led me to book an appointment with him. When I arrived at his beautifully designed, well-lit office, he greeted me warmly and made me feel immediately at ease. He explained what the consultation would involve and the types of tests he would perform. First, he conducted an eardrum test using a specialized tool. Then he had me sit inside a sound-isolation booth and placed headphones over my ears while he played various tones to assess my hearing levels. He also provided, easy-to-understand maintenance training, which gave me the confidence to properly care for my devices. Eric Nelson is the best audiologist I have ever experienced in the 10 years that I’ve been using hearing aids. He is quite knowledgeable and gives information with clarity. He also possesses excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend him.
