Doc and Merry are the best!! I'd like to share one of many amazing experiences with Dr. Kaus. We have a medically complex daughter that became very ill very fast back in April. She was fine at bedtime, woke up sick at 3:30 am and was being revived by late afternoon in septic shock. Saturday morning came and one of Kylee's nurses in the PICU came in and said your pediatrician is here. We looked up and there was doc. She sat with us for 5 hours that day, not in a doctor capacity. She knew CHOP had it under control and was doing everything they could to save Ky. She was there to support us because that's how much she cares for her families. And as if that wasn't enough she came back another day and even brought snacks. Kylee was in CHOP for 5 weeks and we spoke everyday. You don't find this

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! This doctor’s office is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional, and openly bad-mouths parents and their children—I have witnessed this firsthand. They repeatedly deny sick visits and dismiss legitimate medical concerns. My son had persistent 104° fevers for several days, and I was told this was “normal.” Because my concerns were ignored, I was forced to take him to the ER, where he was diagnosed with a double ear infection. Today, I called again to schedule a visit for my daughter, and once more my concerns as a mother were shut down and denied. This office has shown a clear pattern of dismissiveness and neglect. No parent should have to fight to have their child seen or taken seriously. We have only been patients

My daughter has been going to this office since she was born. (almost 15). So when I had my son last year I already knew where he would go. Ended up being 10 mins late to our second appointment (tried to call to let them know in advance, but no one answered the phone) so when i got there they turned me away. (not the issue because i understand I was late) However! Both the doctor and receptionist was soo nasty and rude about it. The doctor made it seem like I was now bothering her and she didn't have time to deal with me (thats how she made me feel). Very dismissive. I ended up transferring my son to Kressville (lovee them!) and now am in the process of doing the same for my daughter. Never again will they get my time, money or service. NO THANK YOU! Patient care and customer service goes

I have taken both my kids here and we absolutely love it! I feel like I’m part of a family and I wouldn’t trust anyone more!!

Infinite stars are needed to express how much my son and I love Pinelands Pediatrics. We have been coming here for a little over a year and Dr. Kaus and Merry, at the front desk, have both changed our lives. I initially sought help from them when my son was being seriously mistreated at his school and I couldn't get anybody to listen to me about what I believed to be his needs. When Merry answered the phone, she exhibited an extraordinary amount of empathy, compassion, and understood the urgency of getting him help. She got us an appointment within a week and when I got off the phone I was crying and told my son help was finally here. When we got there and met Dr. Kaus herself, I could not believe how fortunate we were to receive her help. You'd be hard pressed to find a better pediatric
