I had an excellent experience with this optometrist. She took her time during the appointment and thoroughly explained the issues with my eyes in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated her thoughtful approach to helping me manage my chronic dry eyes — I left feeling informed and confident about my treatment plan. She also helped me update my prescription and guided me in selecting eyeglasses that truly suited all of my visual needs. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a beautiful and varied selection of eyewear to choose from. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate eye care.

This team is amazing! Due to my company's eye insurance plan, I came in for a bi-annual exam and corrective lenses. I was provided with excellent advice and a variety of cost-saving upgrades based on my revised benefit package. When I received my old glasses with the new lenses, I was beyond pleased! Great customer service, Ladies. See you in two-years!

The environment is so serene and inviting. Dr. Ramanathan is easy to talk to. She’s interactive, during the eye exam and put me at ease immediately with her calm demeanor. I felt cared for, during every part of my comprehensive eye exam. She’s very informative and shares her findings with you both verbally and demonstrably via monitors.She is concerned about your concerns and asks “ Do you have any questions?”, often. I admire her work ethic, professionalism and at the same time she’s very personable. I gained an enormous amount of respect for her, because I felt empowered, finding out the current status of my visual health. I left the office, feeling grateful for all that I was made aware of, during my visit. Dr.Ram is exceptional!

As a first visit to "Eye Society Boutique" on 12/11/2025, I cannot express enough how cordial and helpful the staff was to my mom. They were thorough in their explanation of healthcare benefits and cost, as well as fitting her with frames. They ensured that the fit would be just right for her. There was no upsell attempt and Effie (who helped my mom) always made her feel comfortable and important. She did not have an eye exam but will most likely go back for one the next time she is due. I was very impressed with the experience and will be going there next week for an exam and new glasses for myself. The atmosphere was very calming there as well. Had a great experience at Eye Society last night. I was the last appointment of the evening but both Effie in the front and Dr. Ram took their time, did not rush me, walked me through every process, answered every question I had and educated me on things I didn’t know pertaining to my eye health. Honorable mention to the curated playlist in the reception area lol made the office feel warm instead of cold and sterile. Will definitely be my permanent optometry needs location going forward!
