Bright Choice Dental

I have been taking my family to Bright Choice for two years and I have no regrets. The dental hygienists are very friendly and take a lot of care to make us comfortable. They monitor problem areas well with the most up to date imaging and they go as far as to print your crown while you wait which means no temporary crown. They are worth the money as they do incredible work and Laura is a master at Zoom teeth whiting. Highly recommend.

My entire family gets their dental work and cleanings done here in the office. The staff is wonderful especially Laura! I am definitely anxious when it comes to the dentist and Laura always makes the visit as calming as she can for me. I would highly recommend this office!

I had a wonderful experience at Bright Choice Dental! The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and very upfront about costs, which I really appreciate. No surprises, just clear communication and excellent care. One of the things I love most is that they make all their crowns onsite, so you don’t have to come back for multiple visits. It saves so much time and makes the whole process incredibly convenient. They also offer Zoom whitening!! And of course, a special shout-out to Laura, the hygienist — she is absolutely fantastic! She’s thorough and extremely knowledgeable … you can tell she loves she she does. I would recommend bright choice dental for your dentistry needs!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at this office. Overall, visits have felt transactional and pressure‑driven rather than patient‑centered. This shift became noticeable after the office transitioned from Stein Cullen to Bright Choice Dental. When scheduling my cleaning, I clearly stated that I did not want fluoride. However, during my appointment, fluoride was being prepared for application, which made me uncomfortable. To avoid an awkward situation, I allowed it to be applied and paid the additional $50 charge despite my earlier refusal. Additionally, I felt that new diagnostic equipment was used excessively to identify non‑urgent cavities, creating pressure to pursue treatment that did not feel necessary. I was also disappointed by the office’s cancellation

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and can't recommend it enough. From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean and welcoming the environment is. The front desk staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to be accommodating with scheduling. My hygienist, Laura, is simply the best. She is thorough, gentle, and has a wonderful personality that makes you feel completely at ease. The doctors are equally impressive—both are clearly experts in their field, yet they are friendly and approachable. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.
