Elena and her assistant were wonderful, making me feel very welcome and comfortable from the start. Elena was very thorough and addressed my concerns. After finding a concerning spot on my left hip, the team acted quickly. The biopsy was painless and handled with expert care, giving me total peace of mind. I will be returning in April to address the cancer cells on my face knowing I am in good hands.

To be transparent, this was my first visit so I only encountered one of the ladies at the front check-in, one nurse (Natalie) and my doc, Addison Ritchie. I give all three of them 12/10 stars!! ✨ The receptionist was super friendly, very helpful, and just genuinely seemed like she was happy to do her job. Natalie (my nurse) was very calm and patient and answered all my crazy questions. I have multiple tattoos and a few piercings, but the thought of the needle for numbing me for my procedure had me sweating bullets. She eased my anxiety and explained what she would be doing and I didn’t really feel anything!! Addison also explained everything to me and was very confident in everything she said and did. She did the procedure, and although I was on fiiiiirrrre when I left, it was worth it and

I had the best experience. Thank you to all who made my receiving care a relief. Dr. Pearson was amazing and made sure I understood and felt comfortable. I received a friendly greeting by helpful staff at the reception desk, then waited only a couple minutes before I was taken back to see my doctor. My doctor’s assistant was kind and efficient, asking questions about my condition. Dr. Pearson came in promptly and attended to me with professionalism, warmth and expertise. I highly recommend him and his office.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a referral appointment in one day. The PA I saw was extremely professional and carried herself with confidence. She explained my options and proceeded to remove the questionable skin for biopsy. I am impressed with the check in and processing. Efficient and focused. I can tell this is a well-managed operation.
