Good friendly environment. My hygienist was very good in explaining what she was doing and providing assistance regarding important teeth and gum protection. Very friendly but not overly talkative. Showed concern regarding my comfort. Dr Phan is an excellent dentist and has taken care of my wife’s and my teeth for years.

Dr. Phan and her team are always fantastic - I've been going here since I was a little kid, and will continue to!

Dr Phan is amazing! Moved things around to get us in an emergency. Walked us through the options and steps. Clearly a great combo of knowledgeable and experienced and approachable. Would recommend to all my friends

Pine Lake Dental Care is the absolute best! They've been our family dentist for years and all 3 kids are big fans and would strongly recommend their services. Last night I accidentally cracked my front tooth and they were so amazing in finding a time today to slip me in and fix the issue. It could've been really bad both in appearance and discomfort if I had to wait to get this problem fixed. They were so unbelievably helpful and accommodating in handling this urgent situation and I'm very grateful!!!

My last two semi-annual cleanings were scheduled for first thing when they open to reduce the amount of work missed. Both times Dr. Phan was running late or didn't show up, requiring me to come back a second time to finish the cleaning. The second time, I didn't even receive an apology or explanation about why she was a no show and had to ask about why she wasn't able to make the appointment. I then ran into a work conflict the day before my next appointment and called them to reschedule and they charged me $110 for not giving 48 hours notice. Apparently, Dr. Phan's schedule is more important than any of her patients. There are plenty other dentists in the area. I would not waste your time with this one.
