MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Sammamish

We have been visiting indigo and in particular this sammamish one for years. We prefer to come here specifically for how great the service is even if it cost more for us. However after so many years of great care of service. Today was extremely unpleasant! I have a sick patient where I was trying to check in. The front desk staff Tiana was disinterested, not compassionate and couldn’t give us clear information even with follow up questions. We were an hour early as the patient was very sick and was told it was fully booked till then. There were 0 advice on next steps. I had to ask a few questions to determine if we should wait or find another urgent care. We just needed basic information to understand next steps. I really hope the management will look into this.

Super easy and welcoming. I walked into the Issaquah location about 11:45am. They couldn’t get me in until 3pm. The ladies offered to check if I could be seen sooner at their Sammamish location. They were able to hold a 12:30 spot for me. Drove over, checked in, was called into a room 5 minutes later. The staff was very kind with great bedside manner. My prescription was called into the CVS Nextdoor. I picked up a few things at Trader Joe’s waiting for my prescription. The pharmacy staff was very professional and paged me as soon as my meds were ready. I was on my way home by 1:30. When you aren’t feeling well that’s exactly how you hope your doctor appointment would go.

The. Best. Experience. Tienna was friendly, smiley and gave the best front desk experience Jnhave ever received at an urgent care!! Olestra was so wonderful with my 6 year old, attentive and made us laugh the whole time while doing the intake! The provider, Rejita was so kind and listened to all of our concerns! And of course Breanna closed out our visit with a smile while thoroughly going over the AVS! I will certainly be back to see all of these gals next time there is an illness in our family! 100/5 experience!

I had been in 3 days prior with my son, and well, what do you know, I got sick. Same great care as before, not quite as quick but mostly because I rolled in early and they had other appointments. I received excellent, comprehensive care and had meds just over an hour later. Feeling much better two days on.

Made an appointment, thinking UTI WAS COMING ON. Arrived EARLY & taken right in; no wait. Staff was knowledgable & very supportive, asked good questions, processed inital examination of urine sample. Physician's Assistant provided clear guidance on what WE were going to do next, & what to expect. I felt fully listened to & cared for. WE have a plan... Not, Just I am to go do A. B. C. & good luck! I'll be back
