CVS Pharmacy

WOW, What a wonderful pharmacy! With the headaches over the last 5+ years with Rite Aid and Walgreens, I honestly thought bad service and rude staff was just the new normal we were going to have to endure. CVS Pharmacy in Sammamish is the pharmacy of yesteryear. Absolutely great customer service, they call you back within an hour with answers, suggestions and prices; friendly staff, greets you with a smile and wants to know how they can help you; and last, but certainly not least, orders are filled fast without having to call multiple times pleading for your Rx to be filled (I’m talking to you Walgreens 🤬) I no longer have to plan my day around guessing, pleading and nagging, for my Rx anyway. Who knew life could get any better! 💗

My dog has been injured and I've had a bad day. I got one of her meds at this pharmacy, and although it took longer than the original time I was given. The pharmacist was kind, helpful and clearly had compassion. He made my bad day a little brighter. Sometimes just some kind words and an apology is all you need. ❤️ 5 stars for him!

this is no reflection on the staff, this is focused on the experience. You cannot speak to anyone directly, you must leave a VM which is extremely inconvenient if you're simply trying to confirm if they have a medication in stock. Also, their new process when you pick your RX up actually feels slower. Very poor CVS, negative stars if possible

Thanks to the very kind and hard working pharmacy staff. I was in today to get a vaccine that they told me I already had gotten. As a stubborn old woman, I had no recollection of this and was sure it was wrong. After going home and finding an email to my sister describing me getting this vaccine, I was stunned that I had no memory of it and want to profusely apologize for questioning it! Thank you for your kindness and patience with me! I will never question anything you tell me again!!! Martha Nally :)

Hang in there! Incredibly nice and wonderful staff who are stressed and having to troubleshoot a new company/new system/new procedures. My visit wasn't all sunshine and roses but I appreciate the staff getting me my prescription quickly (less than 30 minutes of me springing it on them) and they are all doing there best. Bring your patience with you and you'll be fine! Thank you pharmacy team!
