The Pill Box Pharmacy and Medical Supply was recommended to us by a staff member at Cleveland Clinic and we really appreciated the informative and helpful service we received when we arrived. It was very close by car from Cleveland Clinic. We found the items we were looking for and had the right guidance from the knowledgable staff. Should w need any other medical supplies in the future we would return here. They were very patient with my elderly mom and that helped make the experience excellent.

It is really a pleasure shopping at the Pill Box! Steve the pharmacist and Ivette the person who knows so much about vitamins and if she does not have it, she will get it for you. Their prices are also very reasonable. If you’re in a rush or even if you’re not, Steve will have your Rx ready in less than 5 minutes! The rest of the staff are just as nice! If you live in the area or even if you don’t, you should stop by, and when you do, you will definitely be telling yourself “now why haven’t I ever been here before”♥️♥️♥️♥️🥰

Friendly, helpful customer service and very reasonable prices. Chad (owner) is kind and compassionate. He was able to expedite delivery of a lift chair for my father who was being discharged from the hospital with multiple rib and shoulder fractures. The gentlemen who delivered the chair (Eric and John) were also very kind and went above and beyond to ensure it was properly set up where we needed it. Will definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of medical supplies/equipment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a wheelchair when my wife got out of the hospital. Eric had one called Feather Lite that was so light that I can fold it and put it in the car with one hand. Going back for a rollator too. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!

Barbara and her team are always so friendly and go above and beyond to insure that you are provided with the quality of knowledge and products that are needed. They do their homework. If they can’t answer your questions, they will research and get back to you. Barbara with her wonderful personality and smile will do her best to meet and satisfy your medical needs and always have sound recommendations They will go the extra steps to make sure that you are getting the best price .
