I had a very good experience at Piedmont West Urgent Care when I brought my son in. Jennifer, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful. She was very kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about my son's health. She took the time to listen and made us feel comfortable during the visit. Nurse Jackie was also great with my son. She was very friendly, patient, and made the experience much easier for him. The staff was caring and attentive, and I truly appreciate the compassion they showed. Thank you for taking such good care of my son.

Recently, I visited urgent care for sinus and acid reflux concerns. While these conditions are not typically considered severe, I have been experiencing sleep disturbances due to this issue. The nurse and doctor were exceptionally attentive and courteous. The doctor, Turner, and the nurse, Little Quiet Blonde, demonstrated a profound understanding of my needs. I appreciate your commitment to addressing my symptoms and providing a resolution. As a result, I have decided to continue seeking care from Piedmont. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Very kind & thorough. I highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff & medical professionals for always making sick visits as quick & easy as possible within your means. Edited* We have come here many years but We will no longer give them our business. Due to always having a hard time getting last minute sick appts to our pediatrician this was our go to. when I was last there I overheard a male doctor say “I’m in the wrong career field, I can’t deal with autistic children. I 100% agree you should not be in the medical field around vulnerable disabled people if that is your stance. Shame on that Doctor and the nurses who laughed at his disgraceful admission. You can hear Everything You all talk about behind those paper thin walls.

Once again, I had another outstanding visit this morning with the awesome health care professionals at Piedmont West Urgent Care. This was my fourth visit, and I received the usual excellent care I've come to expect from these folks. It started with Dani and Cindy at check in. These ladies greeted me with a smile and a "good morning". Their welcoming attitude is just right for someone who's arriving with a medical issue. I filled out the application and was then greeted by Patrick who took my vitals. Patrick was a real gentleman who was concerned with my well-being. I had fallen the week before and injured my shoulder. Next I was seen by Dr. Turner, the clinic's physician.
