Piedmont Urological Associates Dr Mullins

The absolute best place I have ever been! They helped me when I had my kids in, brought them crayons, paper, play airplanes, bouncy balls, all this stuff to help a momma out! I am beyond thankful for their support, constant calls to check in and make sure I was highly taken care of. If I could give 10 starts I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They’re all amazing!

Dr. Coughlin has been my urologist for over 15 years! Haven't had to see him in the last 5 years but I can't get an appointment for a necessary procedure until July. His nurse would not work with me nor did I get a call back from Lori the scheduler. I have gotten in touch with another practice and they have gone above and beyond to get me in to have the procedure the first of next week. I'm thankful there are still some good health care practices out there and it's NOT Piedmont Urological Associates

Very bad patient care from this office. Initally they seem good. Took husband there for a kidney stone, they keep telling him it was passable. Well finally passed after 7 weeks,but he is in severe pain all around his abd. Call them last week shortly after it started. They said his Dr. would not be there for the next 2 days. I said ok he will see who ever is covering for him. Well they said I would have to talk to the nurse then she would decide and ask the Dr. if he would see him. This was on Wed. 2 days later the nurse still had not returned my call. I called again, told them I have never heard of a Dr office where the other Dr in the office did not cover for the one out and treat their patients. This time she said she would send the nurse a message to call and Mark it Urgent. Again noth

Sarcasm from my dr. Won’t see another urologist for that reason.
