Exceptional service! I recently visited Piedmont Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed by the high standard of medical service. From start to finish. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the experience was seamless and professional. A huge thank you to NP Kavita and Jessi for their incredible care. Kavita explained every step of the procedure so clearly that it was completely stress-free. Thanks again for the top-notch service!

This was my second visit to Piedmont Urgent Care in Suwanee. I last used the service about 1.5 years ago and was pleased. Therefore, I sought their service again for a medical issue. Yesterday, I saw PA Kim Galaska. I can be difficult to impress. And she impressed me. Ms. Galaska was professional, polite, a good listener, receptive to my suggestions, service-oriented, knowledgeable, intelligent, confident, decisive, and an excellent communicator. In addition, she has an excellent rapport with the nurses and front desk receptionist, who are also very pleasant. I was highly satisfied and I'm rarely pleased with supposed professionals in the health care system. More doctors, PAs, nurses, and administrative staff should duplicate the quality of service provided by Kim Galaska and Pied

Very conveniently located on the same complex with Home Depot and Target, great website and online appointment. All staff and doctor are excellent, prompt, efficient, courteous and kind. I feel comfortable in their care, there was no long wait since I made the appointment online. The facility is very clean with industrial looks inside. Mask needed to be worn at all times (make sense, because you bring the germs and viruses in the building 🤧😂) I think I found my go to Urgent care for my family now. Thank you and keep up the great work. Updates: Went for my kids, same level of service, convenient, friendly and clean. Will recommend to other families.

The clinic is very clean and well organized. The front desk staff is polite and efficient. I only waited about 30 minutes. The doctor was professional and friendly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit.

I went to this urgent care at the end of December 2025 due to some pelvic and stomach pains. Long story short, the doctor examined me and referred me to have an ultrasound. I booked the ultrasound the following day and they sent the result back to this urgent care. The doctor was meant to contact me to share and explain the result of the ultrasound. Not only did I not receive any phone call from this urgent care for an entire month, but I also called multiple times, during January to try and reach the doctor and get my results. After numerous calls to them, I finally spoke with the doctor, who informed me I have a mild ulcer. Since I do not live in GA or the US, I wanted me results emailed to me, in a simple PDF overview, to discuss with my primary care physician. Not only could they not s
