Piedmont Urgent Care

I just want to share a great review for this location. I was welcomed when I came in the front desk . The front desk was cleaning the waiting area so it looked clean and in place. The back office was very nice in preparing the xray area for my procedure. On my way out they all greeted me and thank me for choosing Piedmont urgent care and made me feel secure and appreciated. Thank you all for taking the time to explain my procedure before and after.

I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. The office was extremely clean, organized, and efficient. I was seen quickly and treated with respect and compassion. Kourtney Chang provided outstanding care and took the time to explain everything clearly regarding my sinus infection. The nurse was equally attentive, helpful, and kind. In a moment when I wasn’t feeling my best, they made me feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for. Thank you for delivering not only medical care, but compassionate care. It truly made a difference.

My second time visiting this Urgent Care. I did not wait long at all, I was in and out in all of 15-20 mins if that! Nurse practitioner Renee and her team were welcoming, attentive, and thorough. The front is always clean and the front desk receptionist is amazing.
