Piedmont Urgent Care

The NP Joesph was amazing and made me feel important as a patient. He listened to my concerns, advised me accordingly, and provided exceptional bedside manners. I have been to this location several times and each time the staff is nice and professional.

When I went to the office I was quickly greeted by a friendly face. They took my information and got me back quickly. When I wanted to understand the treatment plan more there was no hesitation. They explained why they were doing everything and didn't seem to pressure me. I'd definitely visit again if needed.

I had the best experience at the doctors office!! I know I know but hear me out. I came in to the 6063 peach tree pkwy suite 201 A location for a DOT physical and I was blown away by my experience first person that met me with a warm smile was Lily she’s the front office clerk she explained everything to me made sure I understood everything and the process she even gave me an iPad with the charger ( what 😮‍💨!) then next up was Tabitha she had me laughing the entire time imagine that someone drawing your blood and still managed to make you smile 😊. Them the final boss lol Mrs Nicole was very nice even warned her hands before she started her energy was like Clair huxtable she cared I’m so grateful for this experience the staff here was amazing if you can stop by you will be in and out. These nurses and doctors were saints the day I went. A waiting room chocked full of sick people, all of us miserable and wanting to go home. The wait was long due in part to staff shortage, and they were so apologetic; that goes a long way in my book. The front desk girl (I wish I had gotten her name; lovely Hispanic girl with very long black hair), attending nurse (Tabitha), and the doctor (Dr. Saby) were so kind and took their time with me. I don't often write reviews, but this team was really good, and I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

This location took really great care of me! From the quick check- in process to submitting my prescription while I wait. Everyone was polite and efficient during my visit, I would highly recommend this office.
