Piedmont Urgent Care

This was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had. My wife was extremely sick with flu-like symptoms, so we went to this urgent care expecting prompt and compassionate treatment. We arrived around 10:00 AM, and what made the experience even more frustrating was that the clinic was practically empty. There were very few patients, and the waiting area was not busy at all. Despite that, the service we received felt slow, disorganized, and inattentive. When someone comes into an urgent care facility feeling very ill, especially when the clinic is not busy, the expectation is that staff will respond quickly and provide attentive care. Alittle bit of a wait but the nurse practitioner was amazing. All the staff was super friendly. Especially the ladies at the front desk. I had accidentally booked the wrong location and she was able to transfer my appt to their location. She was soooooo nice. (Five Forks Location)

Highly recommend. Went in with a finger cut that I wanted to make sure was cleaned and dressed properly. The whole staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the procedure. Sent me on my way with all materials and knowledge to continue changing the dressing at home. Thanks guys.

Excellent customer service — the nurses were very polite and the doctor was exceptional. We were seen and treated quickly. My daughter had an abscess nail infection, and the doctor carefully drained it while ensuring she remained comfortable throughout the procedure. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to visit for urgent care needs.
