My Urgen Care experience was excellent! I did not have to wail long, the intake person was very thorough and immediately put me at ease. In addition Roseanne, NP, excellent and clearly explained my options. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!

From the moment we walked into Piedmont Urgent Care, the service was outstanding. Check-in was quick, professional, and the front desk staff made us feel comfortable right away. The wait time was minimal, and everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and reassuring. When it came time for the doctor to give my child stitches, the care and attention were truly exceptional. The doctor and nurse explained every step, kept my child calm, and worked with such gentle precision and compassion. You could tell they genuinely cared. From check-in to checkout, the entire experience was smooth, caring, and professional. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care to anyone needing prompt, quality medical attention!

Checking in online through the app was easy. Once I walked in, the check-in was short and sweet. Waited about 5-10 minutes. Got in and out within 30 minutes. Great nurses and PA.

Megan Dasher was great! She assessed & listened to how I was feeling. Came up with a plan & I'm finally feeling better after having the Flu for almost 2 weeks. Thank you!!😊

I made an appt. and was seen right away upon arriving. From taking vitals to speaking with the NP, I felt listened to and that they had a true understanding of my symptoms. Quick testing and the prescriptions were just right for what I had and nothing unnecessary was prescribed. There was even a future plan made for if I wasn’t feeling better within 2-3 days and consideration for return to work. This is my favorite urgent care location.
