As I start my review, I want to mention that I worked urgent care for 4 years. I believe and striving for excellence. I'm a medical lab tech and have over 20 years experience in the medical field. So I hope you'll consider this review with a greater understanding and weight it with those credentials. I did the online check-in and it went very smoothly. From there I was greeted by China who did my initial assessment and vitals. She displayed so much compassion, professionalism and reassurance while providing an explanation of how they could help me. My provider was Collen MCCaw. I was hesitant in sharing all the reasons for this visit because you can often feel judged. I recently had to visit Piedmont Urgent Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, made the check-in process quick and seamless, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism. The medical team was just as outstanding. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about my treatment plan. I never felt rushed just truly cared for. The team even made sure I left with a smile and a little laughter, which meant more than they probably realize.

This location is amazing! The awesome front desk lady has a beautiful spirit. She will greet you as soon as you walk in and provides excellent service. Triage was quick and thorough. The doctor explained everything in detail and answered all questions presented. Everyone was absolutely wonderful!

First let me start by saying the staff are all very kind and helpful. The reason for the 1 star is i made a 10 am appointment and wasn't seen until almost noon even arriving 15 minutes early. If you are going to allow appointments you need to honor appointments not have someone make an appointment then treat it as first come first serve defeating the point of an appointment. Waiting 2 hours with an appointment is diabolical. Probably won't be coming back knowing if I make an appointment it won't matter.
