Piedmont Urgent Care

I went to Piedmont Urgent Care for treatment of a raging UTI. I was treated promptly, with kindness and consideration! The facility was extremely clean, bright & well kept. The waiting area was bright and well lighted. I found it to be a peaceful, almost serene place to wait. My problem was handled quickly and efficiently. Right down to filling my prescription, before I left!! Overall, the experience made me feel, as if, I have a place to return to, if this happens again!! (Good feeling!)

Easy! I made appointment online, filled out all the forms/insurance online uploaded pics of id & ins cards online. I was called back within minutes of getting there. Everyone there was nice & professional. Will go back when I need to go to Doc and will recommend this office.

Unfortunately, I rolled my ankle yesterday and woke up this morning with it still hurting and swollen. I went to urgent care and they took great care of me from start to finish. They cleaned and treated my knee scrape, took X-rays to make sure nothing was broken, and explained everything clearly. I was fitted with a walking boot and left feeling confident about the plan moving forward. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, which made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate the care and attention I received today.

I normally use a different urgent care center, but needed an appointment with my daughter under 2 years old. This facility was great throughout the entire process. Registration was easy, the intake nurse (?) was extremely helpful and patient even with a toddler, and the physician was so kind, caring, and thorough. I would recommend this facility over the others in the area.

The service was very good. When I arrive I started to explain I couldn't complete the online registration. The receptionist at the front desk stated my name and said she could see I tried and would help me complete it. She was very kind and I appreciated her acknowledging me by my name. Everyone at this facility were kind, courteous, and thoughtful, from the Doctor to the medical staff. Everyone was wonderful. Thanks Piedmont
