Piedmont Urgent Care

As usual, the provider was amazing! Front desk staff?? Not so much… acted like we were bothering her to check in. My granddaughter and I both had appointments. When I paid for mine the front desk person said she had to run each charge separately the machine doesn’t like taking the same card twice. I told her it was the only card I had. All I got in response was her shrugging her shoulders. So I suggested waiting until after the visit to pay to see if it was an issue. She said, and I quote… “I guess” and shrugged her shoulders again. So, outside the front desk, I love the practice.

The staff here is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Even after a long, busy day of seeing sick and probably unhappy people they were still energetic and joking. And of course very compitent, they were able to assist me quickly and were able to provide my prescription which saved me a lot of time. Definitely highly recommending and will go back whenever needed

I came in with a huge splinter in my foot. Everyone were wonderful to work with. Very attentive and empathic. The shot in my foot hurt like heck but nurse practitioner was amazing. She pulled out two slivers one being 3/4 of an inch. Highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care. I live near Nashville but felt right at home.

The medical staff was courteous and friendly. However the wait was ridiculously long. Came in to urgent care Cartersville at 10:00a. Due to volume they scheduled me at 11:30a. They finally got me back at 12:30pm. The front desk staff told me that they were prioritizing “drug tests” and I would be seen when I got seen. I don’t see where Peidmonts policy’s show anything “Urgent” about sick care. Will be using Wellstar moving forward.

Great experience! Arrived less than 20 minutes before they closed. Staff greeted us with a smile and was courteous and professional through the entire process. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes and that included having x-rays taken. They more than exceeded my expectations. This is how fast healthcare should be!!
