Great experience! Booking online was quick and easy. Everyone was so kind and polite. I only waited 5-6 minutes before they called me back. Both the nurse and provider listened attentively and asked thoughtful and thorough questions. My issue was resolved and my prescription was ready within an hour. Overall, a really lovely experience even when I wasn't feeling well. Thank you!

Piedmont Urgent Care Team treated me with respect and kindness. The receptionist was friendly and informative. While there was a lengthy wait, I appreciated I was able to remain in my car until they were ready for me. I like their customer platform (forms online and notifications via text). During my visit, they took time to understand my concerns and treated me appropriately.

Brought my mom in for what appeared to be a sprain after 4pm.. First impression - front desk staff (Mrs.Ball) was very pleasant, and accommodating and she kept us informed about our wait time and what was going on as to why our wait time was a little lengthy. Back staff from the CMA - Dr were pleasant, we didn’t feel rushed and was able to get an X-ray & the radiologist to read the results before we were discharged, which left us very satisfied. Our experience was great across the board and I would recommend Piedmont Urgent Care to anyone.

I came into urgent care extremely anxious after waking up in hives for the first time ever, and Nurse Kaylee was absolutely amazing. She was calm, kind, and reassuring from the moment she walked in. I was very nervous about getting a steroid shot, but she made the entire experience feel quick and painless - I didn't even feel it!! Overall the whole team is awesome and I highly recommend them for your urgent care needs!!!

So good to know that the care your company provides makes me feel sure that I chose the correct clinic. Great staff starting with the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse, and then to the doctor. She listened to my concerns closely. In good hands with Dr. Abobah!
