Piedmont Prompt Care of Grovetown

Kind and professional staff. Greeted with a smile and respect. PA Crosby was very patient and was willing to work with me through every step of my treatment process, staying conscious of my requests. I was in and out in about a half hour. A very easy experience and would recommend to anyone in need to prompt care.

Beautiful clean space that is child friendly with a space for play and reading. Staff is always quick and kind. Visits that have been a walk in with and without my children is always quick in and out. This is a 5 star location and experience. No reason this should be labeled as anything less than 4 stars minimum.

I been going there for a couple of years, I have never ever had a bad experience. Last night we had to take our son to prompt care because he fell of a skateboard. I told hubby take him there, those people have x ray and they are open to 8pm. Well he walked in at 6.55pm and they were closing at 7pm😱.....i felt so bad, but they certainly did not, they were so nice, knowing they had to stay longer with the x ray and all!!! Every single nurse, doc ect....was so very kind!!!!! This is so rare these days and we beyond greatful that you took care of our son even so it was last minute❤️🙏God bless you Piedmont prompt care team!!!!!!!!!😃

I have always received EXCELLENT care at this facility. 99% of the staff is caring and amazing. The lady (Debra) that checks patients in, needs some training.The Medical staff is awesome.
