The receptionist, Mya, was not very welcoming and seemed impatient when I asked questions about forms that required me to have my credit card on file at all times. I felt uncomfortable with the way my questions were handled, especially since I was simply trying to understand the office policy before providing my payment information. As a first-time patient, I expected a more courteous and professional interaction. When patients are completing medical paperwork and being asked to provide sensitive financial information, it’s reasonable to ask questions and expect clear, respectful answers. However, Alexis, one of the nurses who overheard my questions, was very helpful and professional. As a new patient I was met with courtesy, respect and a warm courtesy that made me feel comfortable and welcome. The staff was very pleasant and Dr. Carter took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns.

Thank you for seeing me a day after I called with my foot issue. I thought the staff was very efficient as well as friendly. Dr Carter was adept at diagnosing my problem and provided treatment that will solve the issue as well as help with lessening the chances of a reoccurrence. Great job!👏

I love Dr.Menke he is excellent and he really cares about his patients. I like the fact that he listens to me and treats me more a a friend than a patient and not coming into the room an rushing back out and I sitting in the room wondering like what just happened. I like the fact he tries to have a lot of good options to help with your foot instead of just jumping straight into doing something you don’t want are want to get a second opinion on. I as love my tech I forgot her name but she is the best she is always so sweet and caring. She wears glass pretty brown hair and sorry I forgot your name if you are reading this!!! But I will leave another review with her name. Lol so ask for her to be your nurse when you come in.

I had a serious Bunionectomy, done by Dr. Chris Menke..he’s great btw! I had my 1wk post-op visit, w/Dr.Carter & he was great! I have to say these people are professional, yet personable, just the same, this includes all of the staff here. Although I’m only 1week post-op at this time..I do not foresee any problems & plan on going to them for surgery on my other foot, In about 6 months.!! Thx again Dr.Menke, u did a great job!! Can’t say enuf!! 👍🤛✌️
