I had a molar extracted. Dentist was good. Assistant seemed nice but I was told by dentist I could keep the tooth, I know its weird but that tooth gave me heck for over a year so I wanted it as a souvenir. She threw it out. Then when I went to pay she couldnt explain the bill correctly. I had a simple extraction instead of a surgical one but still charged the same. Then the receptionist was so busy trying to get me out the door she forgot to schedule my comprehensive appointment and dental cleaning. I reminded her and she told me there was an appointment for tomorrow even though I just had an extraction with stitches. I told her no, so she said to call back another time instead of finding me another date. I wasnt given extra gauze for my bleeding nor do they prescribe mild pain medication

Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive, as they have been on every visit since I started coming to them five years ago. They never made me feel rushed and took their time answering every question and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

After looking thru the reviews, I was wondering if anybody experienced what I went thru yesterday. Its seems that every time I go to this dentist office for a cleaning, I have to pay. Mind you my kids and wife attend this place of disappointment. I have been attending this office for 4 years now and yesterday will be my last time my family will ever go here. Yesterday I had an appt at 2pm. Was told that I had a bill of $11. Then when they told me that I had a cost for the procedure I was getting and I asked why every time I come here I have to pay. I have dental insurance and I don't need any extra procedures. Then asked me to pay for my services upfront before they would do the cleaning. Like I am a productive member of society, I have insurance, and plus my record of paying any dental bi

Please avoid this office. Their work and their ethics are deeply concerning. I was sold partials that I was specifically told could be adjusted and have teeth added later. I asked those questions directly. I later learned from two licensed professionals that these partials cannot be adjusted or modified at all — which is also the reason my insurance wouldn’t cover them after I paid over $2,500 out of pocket. They also told me I “might have early gum disease” because my front teeth were loose and referred me to a periodontist. After getting two second opinions, I was told my gums are completely healthy. My new dentist also noted that I needed a cleaning — even though I had just received a cleaning at this office two weeks earlier. I had to pay out of pocket again for a proper cleaning, an

I genuinely hope people avoid this dental office. 1. Scheduling appointments is extremely difficult. I booked my annual checkup 6 months in advance, only to receive a call shortly before the appointment saying they couldn’t see me that day and needed to push it back another 6 months. 2. It’s almost impossible to see the same dentist consistently. Over the past few years, my dentist has changed so many times that I’ve lost count. The whole place feels more like a dental factory than a practice that values patient care. The skill level of the dental hygienists also varies greatly depending on who you get. 3. The most disappointing experience was with a filling on my molar. I was told I had a cavity, but the filling was done very poorly. Even after returning to have it fixed, that tooth conti
