Simply the best care for my children! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Boersma and the entire staff at Piedmont Peds.

Knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly medical staff. We have not had an issue with admin after 3 visits, so I'm not sure what the other reviews are fussing about. Why people degrade an entire business based on one cog in the wheel is beyond me. But, so far we have been extremely pleased with care and consideration.

We have been going to Piedmont pediatrics for eight years. We are getting ready to move to a new state and they made a clerical error and transferred our care before we intended to. When we needed a doctors visit in this last month they rejected us…. After 8 years. One of the doctors recommended we fill out some forms ahead of time, and they did not contact us to make sure that we wanted to end care. They had no flexibility in rectifying their mistake which was the most disappointing part. Most of the doctors are kind and nurturing, but the inflexibility of the administration in this situation was very unfortunate and reflected badly on the whole organization. The admin manager totally failed us.

Piedmont Pediatrics is the best!! I have four kids (ages 2-7) and we have been patients here since our first was born. Dr. Boersma is the best doctor we have ever had. She truly cares for her patients and the parents at every visit. She goes above and beyond to make your concerns feel heard. Even if we can't get an appt with her, we love the rest of the staff and always have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Piedmont Peds and Dr. Boersma (but not too much because I don't want her schedule to fill up and prevent us from getting appointments;))
