We had a super positive experience at this dentistry.Chrystal the higienist was a breath of fresh air, so polite and professional, also giving me the freedom of choosing if I wanted x rays done on my daughter or not.Dr.Clifford was top notch as well, polite and professional.Only disappointment is that I can't be a patient here as well, I have been utterly disappointed in two other dentist in the area that insisted I have the 18 x ray films done on me or they could not see me as a client.

We have struggled for a year to find the right dentist for our girls after having a horrible experience with a local dentist. Though it did take a while to get an appointment, I have no complaints. The staff here was truly amazing and helped my girls feel welcome. Our youngest is still quite afraid of the dentist because her previous experience did not end well. The staff here was honestly super patient with her, understanding, and did not push her or have us hold her down, which I really appreciated. My oldest daughter felt very comfortable and actually enjoyed her experience because the staff made it so pleasant. Thank you so much for being so patient and kind. It really goes a long way!

We recently had my daughters first dental appointment at 20 months just to make sure her oral health was looking good, but mostly to create a positive experience for future dental visits. To say I was pleased with her experience is an understatement! The staff was friendly and her dental assistant Lauren was just amazing with her. My daughter can sometimes be timid with men, but her interaction with Dr. Clifford went off without a hitch! We are excited to be part of your patient family and look forward to our next visit in 6 months.

Can’t say enough good things. First time visit for my toddler and the staff was amazing. Super patient and communicative, and even let her pick a Netflix show to watch. Everyone made her feel very comfortable and anything cleaning wise was just for exposure with no pressure. Dr. Clifford was wonderful and did a thorough exam in a way that made her feel comfortable since she doesn’t love brushing her teeth. My daughter definitely received high quality care and I’m sure she’ll be excited when we come back in 6 months!

I want start by saying thank you!! I went in yesterday to get two fillings and my experience was truly amazing! Dr Clifford and Ms. Kristen made sure I was comfortable the whole time as best as possible and did not just treat me as a patient, I was treated as a person and even kind of a friend. They were very patient with me and wanted to make sure everything felt good before I left. We had many laughs and I really did enjoy my experience! They were both so amazing and Dr Clifford is always so good at remembering the conversation we have had with him which is not always easy when you see a lot of people but he still does! He truly treats us as friends. I am so grateful for them!! It is a blessing to have Dr Clifford and his practice in Crozet. Thank you all for being so amazing! I look f
