From the staff to the doctors, everyone makes you feel important, and they all are very nice and empathetic. This morning, I was slightly late and this nice lady at the front desk didn’t make me feel uncomfortable but was so kind to accommodate me. And Dr. Kashlan did not even let me apologize, he wasn’t bothered about that and told me that as long as he was there, he would see every single patient ! I drive 1h30 to that place, and it’s worth the trip !

Dr. Marcus Sims goes the extra mile to make you feel like you matter as a patient to him! While getting the doctoring side all taken care of. He explains all medical issues in plain language, so it doesn't add more stress to you and that makes me feel better!!
