Piedmont HealthCare – Pain & Spine Center

It’s a shame to leave a bad review as some of the doctors here are fantastic, however Doctor Goval has zero consideration for a schedule. ZERO. Every-time I bring my mother OR father here , the wait is over an hour or hour and a half passed the scheduled time. When we ask about it , the response is “ he always runs late”. Why is this supposed to be accepted as “normal practice”. We all have a scheduled day. And not one person has come out to say “sorry, we’re running late”. They just do not care at all.

Dr Goval is bad, stay away from him and his practice..not a good person..

Took my granny here and waited an hour to be called back. Watched people come and go for their appointments. Also listened the the front desk staff talk the entire time. Very annoyed with this place.

The doctors are friendly and punctual. I'm glad I them for my Primary Care Office.

The receptionist have really bad attitudes and are very impatient. I do not recommend at all.
