You really can’t find a better care team! All 6 of my children see the dentist side of the practice at the Huntersville location so when it was time for my oldest to get braces there was no question where I was going. The entire ortho team travels back & forth between both cities, talk about dedication! They are very forthcoming about care needs without over selling, no fluff, & convenient payment options that can work for any budget. Most importantly my son was comfortable and is happy. We look forward to being patients of theirs for years to come

I went to NC Tooth Docs today for a consultation & my experience? Past amazing. My friend recommended this place and I am thankful she did! Having terrible dental experiences with previous dentists, I had some anxiety coming into my appointment. Nicolette & Dr.J were so welcoming and it made me feel at ease. They both explained the process and made me feel more comfortable. After my consult appointment, I left and called back to reschedule my appointment to get my braces and they were able to take me (again) today! My Orthodontic assistant (didn’t get her name!) was also so sweet and helped talk me through the process of getting the braces as this was my first time. The installation didn’t take long at all. Will forever recommend this office went for our consultation for my daughter and didnt have any idea of why to expect and they absolutely blew me away, they laid out how long her entire treatment plan would be and answered every single question or concern that I had. They are the most genuine and nice people they explained everything very thoroughly and I will give them a 10/10 any day of the week. They made me and my daughter instantly comfortable and helped me understand every step that was going to be taken and even set up a “plan b” right there in case “plan a” wouldn’t work.

My first visit was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Nicolette was an absolute delight. Her kindness and clarity made us feel valued and appreciated.
