Took my 88 year old father in law for hearing aids. Deanna was very patient and professional with him. Highly recommend using Bowles Hearing Care Services.

Deanna is amazing! My Dad just moved to LKN area and he needed an audiologist She identified his hearing aids had been incorrectly programmed for 2years. She listened to him and knows her stuff. Deanna is extremely knowledgeable & uses very high tech equipment to make adjustments in fitting hearing aids. She also adds her personal “magic” touch to tweak my hearing aids so that they perform perfectly to compensate for my profound hearing loss. Sh’s by far the best! The staff is very caring giving each client personal attention & top-notch professional service. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Absolutely wonderful experience throughout! My seven year old son needed to be tested, Deanna was warm, friendly, took the time to explain everything to him on his level and was just all around awesome (very kid friendly, which I wasn't really expecting)! I honestly can't say enough nice things, I highly highly recommend this place. Scheduling was simple, communication was great, and the lady who works the front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. Above and beyond great service. Thank you!
