Dr Richel and Tami were very professional when i came to urgent care w pain. They diagnosed everything quickly and prescribed me what i needed to help me. As always I am very pleased with the while Fox/Michel's team. The front desk, nursing staff and PA (Stephanie Michel) were excellent. Stephanie listened to all my concerns and aggressively tackled the situation. I was feeling much better in a few days. Once she got the results from the test and xray, she called in a other medicine to get rid of the pneumonia. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

Went for an Urgent Care visit and the staff was amazing! They were able to get both my husband and I scheduled for a visit the same day we called and the whole process was quick and easy. Extremely friendly staff, the waiting area and rooms were clean and they made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. The ONLY complaint I have is the location - not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of, but hopefully once the construction on 150 is finished it will be better!

My daughter, Grace Howard, had been sick this past week. We had made a visit to her primary care doctor on Wednesday. Grace was most disturbed by the fact that she was still very dizzy. Grace is on the ASD spectrum, and it is very important that she feels heard, and that she is not pushed aside. We came to Urgent Care, and were met by the most incredible staff. From the front desk, to the intake nurse, and the PA, Michelle, Grace was seen and heard. Very helpful information was shared by Michelle. She shared with Grace the importance of keeping up with her daily med intake, and that when you alter this, it can make your brain feel fuzzy. It was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Myra Howard - Parent

Very professional staff. Doc was very cordial with defining eye issue and prescribed Meds. Had deep scratches and meds was ready at Walgreens. Glad to have the service late Saturday evening.
