Piedmont Health Services Chapel Hill Community Health Center

Piedmont Health is a wonderful place. They genuinely care about the health and well being of their patients. The office is always clean. Wouldn't hurt for the people at the front desk to be a little friendlier, especially since their someone's first encounter once they arrive. But overall, a great place.

Unbelievably awful. The women who work at this pharmacy are the biggest see you next Tuesday's I've ever seen. Unhelpful, rude, aggressive. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have had a net positive experience here. Admin staff has been friendly, warm, and welcoming. My providers have been solid, especially Ryan Harper-Gampp, who is a star. My only complaint is that the pharmacists can be curt and there seems to be some broken telephone between them, patients, and nurses.

It’s unfortunate that my experience with the providers at this facility have been so great, because the admin/support staff is so disorganized that I won’t be returning. To ask a question or get an immediate need met you either have to text a phone number that people either do not respond at all, or do not respond in a timely manner, OR call the clinic and wait on hold for anywhere from 20-60 minutes to talk to someone. Also I made an appointment for a simple blood draw, got there a bit early, and after waiting 30 minutes, I found out the one and only phlebotomist was on lunch break until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled! Evidently this is the normal time the phlebotomist has lunch everyday so why would the staff make an appointment during the time that the person isn’t even a

This place is so disorganized. If you can get your online portal to work, you can make a basic appointment through it, but if you need anything else or have an emergent need, it’s almost impossible to talk with someone. My online portal wasn’t working for a month. I texted the website listed generic phone number multiple times, asking for it to be fixed and no one responded. I kept calling the clinic and it would ring for more than 20 minutes and then I’d have to hang up because I could t wait any longer. One day I had an appointment with the dietician at 4pm and I wasn’t feeling well enough to drive in, but felt well enough for telehealth. Around noon, I texted the generic phone number asking if I could switch it to zoom, and no one responded. Then I called the clinic and waited for 25 mi
