I cannot say enough about the great, quality care I have been receiving at the dental clinic. It is true, all the dentists, techs, administrative workers are all very kind and accommodating, wanting to be sure the patient is comfortable. My main dentist is Dr. Swan who is terrific and very gentle. A couple other dentists have worked on me as well. They, too, did an awesome job. I am not quite done with my treatment plan, but I have had a WHOLE lot of needed dental work - extractions, fillings, and partials. The process began last September. I am so grateful I found and came to this place. One of the reasons I did is because I heard good things through word of mouth. Great people, great facility, great service and care. Thank you, Piedmont Dental!!!

I have to give credit when credit is due. I had an amazing experience today. Medical assistant Vincent (I can’t spell his last name) went above and beyond his job duties. I wasn’t his assigned patient but when I asked questions and for help, he went out of his way to assist me throughout the whole process even if it took time. Hope this young man continues to be recognized. 🙌 Updated review Dec 2025: I had a BAD experience today. I HIGHLY suggest the following: 1. Review staff training on HIPAA privacy safeguards and professional communication. 2. Reiterate the importance of speaking discreetly and respectfully in public areas. 3. Implement policies ensuring patients are informed and offered privacy during vital checks. 4. Provide written confirmation that this complaint has been reviewe

It is borderline impossible to get an appointment here. The text line is useless and calling will have you on hold for 15 minutes—and when you finally reach someone, they will transfer you to another line that takes you to voicemail. This is infuriating and the only provider covered by my insurance. Absurd.

The worst clinic I have ever been to. I will never come back here again. They are simply useless.

I presented my insurance information when I had my primary care appointment, therefore, I should have NOT been referred to an OUT OF NETWORK facility to have my mammogram. I got to my mammogram appointment, referred to by Piedmont Health Services, only to find out that I would have to pay out of pocket costs at possibly 485.00. What horrible incompetency with absolutely no consideration for my time spent getting to the appointment.
