Piedmont Fayette

I’ve been here 24hours with my mom & very pleased with our experience. First, Bob the RN was AMAZING. I’ve never encountered such a pleasant and communicative person in any other Piedmont ER. We are closer to Henry but drove here because I heard it was better and they were right. Although wait time was long, they were on top of checking my mom’s vitals, took her back right away for labs, an EKG & CT scan. Then she was admitted after about 6hours thanks to Dr. Scott for making sure she saw a specialist and got to the bottom of what was going on. Shes on the mend and we are grateful. I was already going to leave a review but she reminded me.

I see why they have a 2.6 rating. The wait time is horrible. I got seen fairly quickly because I have a chronic condition but trying to get discharged was extremely horrible. I been here over 4hrs. I will never come to this hospital again. If hospitals had to rely on revenue from patients directly then they would be out of business. I feel like I was waiting on the cable guy to come and do an install and had to wait a block of time.

I had acl and meniscus surgery there today and it went amazing!! All staff were so kind and made sure i was well accommodated and comfortable. They reassured me that everything was fine and helped me so much. This was better than my previous acl surgery at a different hospital and I would 100% trust them again. My surgeon was Dr. Fryberger and he helped me so much and got me into surgery super quick.

Im so disappointed in Newnan & Fayette hospital. I had to go to Newnan Monday because of extreme pain in my stomach. I have a Cyst on my ovaries, inflammed colon, & infection in my intestines still from September. They didnt do much for me at all. I had to leave work because the pain had got unbearable i thought maybe my cyst burst or something, so i came to Fayette cause it was close to my job & i was hoping they would actually help me. Boy was i wrong. I waited in the waiting room crying in unbearable pain from 1:30pm-7:30. Finally get back to a room. The doctor offered no help to me at all, just offered me multiple different type of narcotic pain meds which I declined. I said i only will take non narcotics. So they gave me 4 different non narcotics which didnt even touch the pain. They

Although there is 6 hour minimun wait time im the ER before one can see a doctor, the nurses are always accommodating and pleasant. Now that we,ve checked in and have been checked in and in a room since 1pm, no one has delivered dinner. We've called Room Service twice, the person answering the phone has a horrible attitude. What makes it even worse is the person gave the same attitude to the nurse...her co-worker. Aren't they on the same team? It's 7pm, no dinner from Piedmont. .Thank God for Chick-fil-A.
