Overall my experience was mostly good, but there are certainly some things that need to improve. First, the time of arrival for my surgery was communicated at my pre op visit to be 4:30 am; however, once we arrived we found out no one arrives for registration until 5:30 am. Therefore, a whole hour of our time and energy was lost due to inaccurate information being shared. Next, my surgeon seemingly was in a hurry the entire time leading up to the surgery. so he didn’t leave time for me or family to ask all of our questions and fully understand the procedure that was going to be done. Another issue was when the breathing tube was removed post surgery there was bruising and swelling to my outer and inner lip that no one could explain. I had an amazing experience with the pre-op, OR, and PACU teams. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. The pre-op nurses , Lincey and Ti Nguyen were so attentive and made sure I felt calm and prepared. The OR team, Anisah the OR nurse and the anaesthesia team Dr. Thomas, Dr. Williams and the anaesthetists Lyndsey were efficient, confident and caring which gave me so much peace of mind before surgery. The PACU nurse Denies was absolutely wonderful, so gentle, patient, and responsive. They managed my comfort perfectly, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Every doctor and nurse I encountered treated me with respect, warmth, and genuine compassion. This was honestly the best surgical experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for

From the time I arrived for my surgery the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to stay at the hospital for this surgery for a couple of days and was able to meet some wonderful nurses that were able to take care of me and explain everything thru the process. I would like to thank my surgical Nurse Jessica, she went above and beyond she traveled with me to my recovery floor and still helped there. I had the best nightshift Nurse Goodness, she was exceptional she was able to handle everything from making sure I was comfortable to my family made sure my medicine was given on time she went above and beyond. Then my last Nurse Emma made sure to explain my discharge information and showed how my dressing of my wound should be done. Thank you to the staff and hospital for taking care of me

I had an amazing labor and delivery experience here. The entire team was incredibly supportive, attentive, and truly listened to everything I shared about what I was feeling and what I wanted. I always felt heard, respected, and never questioned about my preferences or experiences. The care I received made me feel safe and confident throughout the whole process. And as an added bonus, the food was actually really good too!

Came in with my daughter after she was rear ended. Being use to American health care/er, I expected a little wait. We were there for 4 hours! There's very little privacy. When she was doing intake for registration, there were two men in suits just in the room. No explanation as to who they were. While she was getting assessed, there was another woman in the same room going through a miscarriage. We were separated by a curtain, so we could here everything, including her personal information. Most of the staff were nice and informative. Except for the rad tech, he acted as if he was annoyed to do his job. We came here instead of the larger hospital because we thought the wait would be shorter.
