Piedmont Direct Pharmacy

I had a very unpleasant experience with Karen, the Pharmacy manager. She was not nice to me and very snide. She was talking about how I couldn’t get my medication and I wanted a solution as I have a chronic illness and need the medication in order to live. She said “what do you want me to do, I can’t make the medication appear” I said, how rude. She said “I didn’t mean it in that way. Of course you did! and making snide comments on how I don’t have to wait to call I can call. I’m not stupid, I usually have someone who calls me though to refill. It’s been that way since I started getting my medicine here. I can’t believe the state of leadership in the business world. I can’t believe she is a manager. I only pray for her because she was so mean to me, knowing I was visibly upset. She talked
