Pickens Urgent Care

I visited Pickens Decatur Urgent and Primary Care because I was experiencing intense vertigo and needed medical help right away. After waiting for about two hours, I was finally seen. My interaction with the provider was relatively standard and I had no complaints at that point. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterward completely changed my perception of this clinic. My doctor’s excuse note listed the wrong return to work date. When I approached the medical assistant to clarify it, he abruptly cut me off mid sentence and told me, in a very dismissive tone, to “sit back down in room 6 and wait for the provider.” I was taken aback, but I complied. this is the best urgent care! I saw Dr.T & she took her time with me and listened to my concerns. The front desk lady and staff is very nice! Please check them out ❤️ much love to them

This urgent care was so clean.. They really took care of my daddy.. He walked out feeling much better.. The doctor nurses and the front desk lady was very nice. 😃

Jeannette was wonderful, she made sure I stayed on top of my care with future appointments. I came back here to Dr. Victoria for an urgent care issue because she is so thorough now I am going to have an established PCP!

Went here for a fall and couldn’t get in with my regular doc until January due to Grady being so high demand. The xray was completely done wrong no sanitation done what so ever. Also I really and truely feel that slot of those people aren’t licensed the care was horrible. Doctor forgets your in room and keeps saying I’m sorry yea you are. I will be sending some type of authority there to verify everyone. A lot of them shouldn’t even care for a dog yet alone a human. Very much illegal business going here!!!! This review was supposed to be left 3 weeks ago but never got around to it until I just passed by there what a dump ‼️
