Been working with Connor over the last few months, and it’s been a great experience. Felt some weakness in my knee due to some inconsistent PT after a torn ACL, and wanted to regain the strength and confidence in that leg overall. With a 12-week program, I was able to regain a lot of the strength and size I had in my leg pre-injury, while also addressing some of my other goals like overall hypertrophy and athleticism (and just general consistent habits). Have really enjoyed the program so far and I’ve learned a lot about optimizing my training programs depending on my goals. I’ve also gained fundamental knowledge that I can apply to my workouts in the future. Highly recommend if you are looking for hands-on coaching!
Working with Felix and Alex has been genuinely life‑changing. I say this after dealing with knee pain for over eight years. Thanks to their guidance, expertise, and patience, I’m now pain‑free, able to do all my favorite exercises, and my quality of life has improved tremendously. Both Felix and Alex were incredibly communicative and flexible throughout the entire process. They always made sure I understood what we were doing and why. They adjusted the plan to my needs, and they always asked for my input. I’m beyond satisfied with my treatment and programming, and I will be recommending PhysioRX to anyone in my circle who’s dealing with similar issues.
I joined PhysioRX about 3 years ago. I felt significantly more pain after a HIIT class (stairs hurt, couldn't lunge, etc.), so I reached out to PhysioRX for help. Connor, and eventually Alex, has made me the strongest I've ever probably been in my life. I was very self conscious about my knee due to a previous ACL tear, but both have helped me build the confidence and strength. I've even returned to snowboarding, and other activities I was originally scared of doing again. They're very knowledgeable and answered any of my questions pretty quickly! I'm very grateful for this team.
A+++ establishment. Can’t say enough good things! I was impressed by my intial phone consult and in person assessment; in those initial meetings there was no hard sell, just an invite to see if we were a good fit. My PT’s Felix and Will are fantastic- they were able to help me start strength training effectively and safely. prior to meeting them I had been experiencing knee pain and everything I tried seemed to aggravate it. These PT’s are knowledgeable, encouraging, and invested in my progress. The mobile approach was perfect for me because it allowed flexibility and the app allowed constant feedback /communication from my PTs. The app also charts progress that keeps me motivated. highly recommend!
I went to PhysioRX in late 2023 due to a nagging shoulder issue I had had for about 8 months. They recommended 3 months of treatment with each month charging about $300. There was minimal technique guidance during the training- mostly a "if it feels comfortable, it's good form" type of thing. My shoulder didn't really see any improvement during the course of treatment, but what did happen was I injured my back doing a prescribed "3 sets of 8 at 1 RIR" on Deadlift. When I told them I had suffered an injury, the response was just "Sorry, this type of thing just happens sometimes". At the time I had never injured my back lifting, but I've had on and off issues since this happening. A year and a half later I've found a quality Powerlifting coach who has been fixing my technique, and things ha
