I cannot recommend Jamie and PhysioCore enough! I had several issues postpartum due to a slightly complicated birth. Jamie was quick to reply and get me on the schedule. She is extremely knowledgeable of any issue I discuss with her and approaches my concerns with extreme kindness and understanding. She goes above and beyond in each session to help me understand potential causes for my pain and walks me through exercises that have done wonders for me. I look forward to each session with her, which isn't something I've ever said of Physical Therapy before. My only regret is not hiring Jamie for pre-birth sessions, which I now recommend to anyone I know that is pregnant.

If you’re looking for a pelvic floor therapist, look no further than Jamie and PhysioCore. She was recommended to me by two separate people and exceeded all expectations. She helped me after my pregnancy left me with shooting pain. She is empathetic and knowledgeable and well worth the investment of time and money. She’ll partner with you closely to make sure you have a plan tailored to your individual needs. And the plus of her coming to your home is a benefit I cannot undersell. 5/5, would recommend.

After complications from my C-section, PhysioCore was the solution I needed. Without her on-site support, I would not have been able to access the care I needed. Jamie validated my concerns, troubleshooted my problems, encouraged and tracked my progress, and returned my confidence in walking, using stairs, and being independent. During a scary and isolating experience, Jamie's practice helped me find my way. Even months later I still think of her tips and tools (and how proud she'd be to see me carrying my baby and stroller in and out of our walk-up and returning fully to city life.) Jamie's expertise was so invaluable - I am grateful I made the investment and only wish I'd done it sooner! I cannot thank Jamie Bennett enough for the incredible care she provided throughout my pregnancy. Starting at 26 weeks, she worked with me weekly, offering exercises that helped alleviate the aches and pains I was experiencing. From day one, Jamie’s bedside manner was exceptional—she’s patient, thorough, and incredibly understanding and knowledgeable! It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Jamie is amazing. Over the past year, working with her, my pelvic floor feels stronger and healthier. She teaches me exercises that I can do to get even stronger. Jamie is also so warm, caring compassionate about her clients and I feel like I can just ask her anything and she won’t think I’m nuts. Lol. She’s so knowledgeable and just amazing at her skill set.
