Physicians Treatment Center

I recently went the Candlers Mtn Rd location, twice in the same week! I booked my appt and checked in online. Within 15 mins after I arrived, I was taken to an exam room for vitals. The PA came in to see me right after that. In whole, my visit was about 50 mins from arrival until I walked out the door. The facility was very clean and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and understanding of my pain.

This is always my choice for same-day sick appointments. The medical staff is always attentive, compassionate, and helpful. The front office staff is always pleasant and helpful as well. The wait may be a little longer during virus season(s), but the care is always worth the wait.

Brought a friend in for a sinus infection. She was taken back within 15 minutes. However, over an hour had passed by and she has not been released. I asked the front desk about her and they said she had checked out! Haha! I am her driver! They kept looking and found her in the examining room….evidently no one has seen her yet. And they had checked her out by mistake! Crazy! First and last visit here!! I will never come back here again.

Came here for workers compensation 2 weeks ago. Went in at 2:30, sat in the waiting room for an hour, got called back and talked to by another nurse, waited 30 minutes, had a student do my evaluation, and waited another hour and a half. Doctor finally saw me for about 2 minutes at 5:50pm and told me to come back for a follow-up. I’m at the follow-up and now I’m told it’ll be another 2 hours before I can be seen even though I feel fine, and I’m only here because they told me to come back. No way to reserve my slot online either so I don’t have to bother sitting in here wasting my time. Edit: Ended up waiting an hour and a half for a 10-minute appointment. Not thrilled with the speed of service, but the PA was good.

Called at 4:30. They placed me on hold and left me on hold when I went inside to ask why no one was answering. They said they weren’t taking any more patients when they close at 6 PM told me “that they were all closed up for the day”.
