Physicians Park Primary Care

I took my husband here for chills cough body aches sore throat and feeling awful. We arrived at the starting time of 8 am. Checking in process was seamless. Front desk was friendly and prompt. We were taken back immediately. Heather was the intake nurse polite and caring. Tina Moe was the nurse practitioner who quickly determined an uppet respiratory infection. Called in a script for Augmentin and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes! We have a tight schedule. I recommend arriving early so there is no wait. Fast friendly professional service! Will come here again!

This is always where I take my family when our regular doctor is too booked up to see you when you are sick. Plus I can take my kids after regular hours and weekends! I love their staff and they are always helpful. Wait times are reasonable considering you don't have to make an appointment. Love the convenience!

I have been going to Physicians Park Primary Care for many years. My primary care doctor, Gilbert Smith, is caring and thoughtful. I feel he gives me excellent care and is ready to help go outside this group if that is needed for a particular problem. Most of the time, the wait times are reasonable but I always make an appointment first.

They do have an urgent care. Not that great. It's on the 4th floor. I've been to other urgent care before, this is the first time at this location. I received a beeper, that beeps when it's my turn. It beeped and I was told to go down a hallway. Well I went down the hallway and a nurse told me I went to the wrong location. Guided into a room. Sat for 10mins then a nurse came in to do typical check temp, ask questions, etc. She left and I waited for 40mins for doctor. A nurse walked 8n within the time I was saying and she said "oh someone's in here".. 10 mins after that a doctor walked in "oh wrong room, I'll be back" and left. I'm currently waiting in the room as I type this, maybe I got my expectations high. Moved from a big city to a small town and maybe small town facilities aren't as

waited three hours for my son to see a doctor for 5 min. also its a 1 priority office. so I had to choose which was more important his eye or a sider bite. we should have went to the e.r would have waited the same amount of time but both things would have ben treated. I will be calling the administration on Monday. and if his eye gets messed up over this they will be hearing from my lawyer
